Crispy Adobo Potatoes

For four servings:

In a medium pan, heat olive oil on med-high until hot. Sauté onion and garlic until onion is translucent. Add potatoes and sauté until beginning to brown. Sprinkle with Adobo and salt; stir to combine. Continue to cook potatoes until crispy and golden.
