Crispy Potato Hash
Looking for a tasty twist on breakfast? Try this recipe for sautéed adobo potato hash. Also delicious as a side dish with chicken or roasts.
1 1/2 potatoes, boiled and diced
2 Tbsp. Rumi Mexican Adobo Black Cumin spice blend
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
1 clove of garlic, minced
Salt, to taste
In a medium pan, heat olive oil on med-high until hot. Sauté onion and garlic until onion is translucent.
Add potatoes and sauté until beginning to brown.
Sprinkle with Adobo and salt; stir to combine. Continue to cook potatoes until crispy and golden.
