Saffron Jam - Rumi Spice
When peaches come into season, this is a unique peach saffron jam recipe to store them away for a taste of summer throughout the year. It goes well on scones, as a topping on Greek yogurt, or even as a rich glaze for pork chops. If peaches aren't in season, you can still make this jam with your favorite seasonal fruit! We love it with persimmons, apricots, or pears in the winter or apples in fall.
