Rumi Bloody Mary with Paella Seasoning
1 Tbsp kosher salt
3 Tbsp cold water
1 1/2 cups tomato juice
3 fl. oz. Vodka (omit for a delicious mocktail)
4 dashes of Worcestershire, or soy sauce
A few dashes of hot sauce (depending on your spice preference)
1/2 tsp kosher salt
Garnish: Such as celery, olives, cheese, meat sticks, or even shrimp

For your spiced rim, mix together 1 Tbsp each Rumi Paella Blend and salt in a shallow dish.
Dip the edge of each glass in water. then coat in the spiced salt mixture. Set aside
Fill each glass with ice cubes.
Combine the water, tomato juice, vodka (omit for a NA version), Paella Spice Blend, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and hot sauce in a cocktail mixer. Shake vigorously then divide among your 2 glasses.
Garnish and serve.
