This is an extraordinary spice - loads of flavor with a bit of heat. I pan roast it with a sliced or diced onion and white wine or chicken stock. Brown chicken thighs and onion on both sides in cast iron pan, add liquid and a bunch of Baharat, simmer 12 minutes more on each side. Fabulous with green salad and sweet potato. Thank you Rumi - huge new favorite!
