Where are my birthday points?
Once you enter your birthday, points will take up to 30 days to land in your account (it’s a fraud-prevention thing). If it’s been more than 30 days and you still don’t see your birthday points, contact customer service.
Do my points expire?
You have a whole year to use your Rumi Rewards points. If unused, they’ll expire 12 months from the date they were earned. We will email you a reminder 1 month before they expire.
I made a purchase but I can’t see my points in my account.
Points land in your account after your order has been fulfilled. If you’ve received your order and still don’t see your points, contact us at customerservice@rumispice.com
