Harissa Whipped Feta Dip
A zesty, creamy dip with a touch of heat. Makes a great appetizer, spread on pita sandwiches, or dipping sauce for your favorite kebabs. This Harissa whipped feta dip is soon to become a staple in your home kitchen.

Ingredients
- 8 oz. block feta cheese
- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp Rumi Spice Harissa Spice Blend, plus more for garnish
½ tsp kosher salt, plus more to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
- Pita bread, Naan or fresh veggies, for serving
Directions
Combine the feta, yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, Harissa spice, and salt in the bowl of a food processor.
Pulse until well combined and creamy. Season to taste with salt and Harissa (if you like a bit more heat).
- Transfer to a shallow serving dish. Top with a drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of Harissa spice, and fresh parsley. Serve as a dip with fresh bread or veggies, or as a spread on sandwiches.
