Roasted Acorn Squash Seeds
Preheat oven to 325F.
Rinse seeds thoroughly and remove and attached strings from the squash.
Place in a bowl and combine with olive oil, salt and Garam Masala.
Distribute in a single layer on a foil-lined cookie sheet.
Roast approximately 15 minutes or until just starting to brown. Rotate and gently toss once while cooking.
Remove from oven and cool before serving.
