Rumi Za'atar Tzatziki
- 1 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for topping
- ¼ cup finely diced cucumber
1 tsp Rumi Za’atar spice blend
- 1 tsp kosher salt, plus more to taste
Mix together all ingredients until well combined.
Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Season to taste with salt. Before serving, top with a drizzle of olive oil and pinch of Rumi Za’atar.
