For vinaigrette:
- 1/8 cup apple cidar vinegar
- 1 tsp Rumi Persian Gulf Baharat Blend
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
For salad:
- 10 oz. baby greens
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 8 oz. feta cheese
- 1/2 cup pecan pieces
- In a small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, Rumi Baharat Blend, and salt.
- Place baby greens, pomegranate seeds, onion, feta cheese, and pecan pieces into mixing bowl; set aside.
- Pour vinaigrette over salad and toss to coat.
