Pomegranate Salad & Baharat Vinaigrette

For vinaigrette:

For salad:

  • 10 oz. baby greens
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz. feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup pecan pieces
    1. In a small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil,  Rumi Baharat Blend, and salt. 
    2. Place baby greens, pomegranate seeds, onion, feta cheese, and pecan pieces into mixing bowl; set aside.
    3. Pour vinaigrette over salad and toss to coat.
