Ingredients

Three (3-ounce) Lake Champlain Vegan 72% Dark Chocolate Bars; or 9-ounces of your favorite dark chocolate
½ cup almonds, roughly chopped
½ cup golden raisins
2 tsp Rumi Spice Garam Masala
2 tsp flaky sea salt

Directions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Add the chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely melted and smooth. Alternatively, add the chocolate to a bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water. Heat the chocolate, stirring frequently, until completely melted and smooth.
Stir in 1 teaspoon Garam Masala spice blend until combined.
Spread the chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet in a ½-inch thick layer.
Top with chopped almonds and golden raisins. Sprinkle with the remaining 1 teaspoon Garam Masala spice blend and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
Let cool at room temperature until completely hardened. Or, refrigerate to harden, about 15-20 minutes.
Remove the bark from the parchment paper and break into large chunks. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks, or enjoy right away!
