Naan Pizza with Italian Sausage, Toasted Fennel, & Onions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Add the sausage to a medium skillet over medium heat. Cook, breaking apart with a wooden spoon, until cooked through and no longer pink. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the skillet used to cook the sausage, toast the fennel seeds until golden and fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Assemble the pizzas on a baking sheet by layering your Naan with marinara sauce, then the cheese and sausage. Top with toasted fennel seeds and sliced onions.
Transfer to the oven and bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes, until the cheese is melted and starting to bubble and your Naan is golden brown and crispy. Serve warm.
