Roasted Black Cumin Carrot Sticks Recipe
This easy roasted carrot sticks recipe is topped with Rumi Spice’s black cumin. A flavorful and better for you side dish.
Pre-heat oven to 400
Toast black cumin seeds on a skillet over medium heat for 60 seconds. After cooling, finely grind with mortar and pestle or spice grinder
Peel and cut carrots and place in a large mixing bowl. Add melted butter, salt, pepper, and ground black cumin.
Place coated carrot sticks on a baking pans coated with cooking spray.
Roast carrots in oven for 40 minutes until the exterior is crispy, but the interior is tender and soft.
