Saffron Moscow Mule

  • 4 oz Ginger Beer
  • 1 Lime (half for juice and half for garnish)
  • Rumi Saffron
  • 1 ½ oz Vodka
  • Ice
  • Mint (for garnish)
  1. Juice half the lime. Measure ½ ounce into a small bowl and add a pinch of Rumi saffron. Let steep for 5 minutes.  
  2. Fill a copper mug or highball glass with ice. Add vodka, ginger beer and lime juice. 
  3. Stir gently and garnish with a lime slice and mint sprig.
