- 4 oz Ginger Beer
- 1 Lime (half for juice and half for garnish)
- Rumi Saffron
- 1 ½ oz Vodka
- Mint (for garnish)
- Juice half the lime. Measure ½ ounce into a small bowl and add a pinch of Rumi saffron. Let steep for 5 minutes.
- Fill a copper mug or highball glass with ice. Add vodka, ginger beer and lime juice.
- Stir gently and garnish with a lime slice and mint sprig.
