If you are a fan of boozy brunch, a brunch rum punch that “packs a punch” is perfect for you. Combining both light and dark rums with fruit juices and a touch of saffron, this recipe is strong, but sweet and delicious.
Rumi Spice
½ cup of light rum
½ cup of dark rum
¾ cup of orange juice
¾ cup of pineapple juice
¾ cup of cranberry juice
2 Tbsp of grenadine
1 pinch of Rumi Saffron Threads
Stir to combine and let sit in the fridge to chill and to allow the saffron to steep for about 15 minutes before serving
