Air Fryer Curry Chicken Tenders w/ Cumin-Spiced Yogurt Dip



For chicken tenders:
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Afghan Curry Braise

For cumin-spiced yogurt dip:

  1. Heat air fryer to 390 degrees.
  2. While air fryer preheats, toss chicken tenders in a bowl with olive oil.
  3. In a shallow bowl, combine salt, Afghan Curry Braise, and bread crumbs.
  4. Press each chicken tender into bread crumbs, being sure to coat each side evenly.
  5. Place 3 tenders at a time into air fryer basket and cook 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  6. While chicken tenders cook, in a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, Black cumin, and salt. Set aside and serve with cooked chicken tenders.
