For chicken tenders:
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Afghan Curry Braise
For cumin-spiced yogurt dip:
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Wild Black Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Heat air fryer to 390 degrees.
- While air fryer preheats, toss chicken tenders in a bowl with olive oil.
- In a shallow bowl, combine salt, Afghan Curry Braise, and bread crumbs.
- Press each chicken tender into bread crumbs, being sure to coat each side evenly.
- Place 3 tenders at a time into air fryer basket and cook 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- While chicken tenders cook, in a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, Black cumin, and salt. Set aside and serve with cooked chicken tenders.
