Air Fryer Curry Chicken Tenders with Cumin-Spiced Yogurt Dip
These quick and easy air fryer chicken tenders make an easy weeknight snack or are perfect to make a double batch to feed a crowd. The curry seasoning gives them a delicious warm and savory taste and the cumin yogurt dip is the perfect flavorful topping.
1 lb chicken tenders
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Afghan Curry Braise
1 cup plain greek yogurt
1 teaspoon Wild Black Cumin
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
For Curried Chicken Tenders:
For Cumin-spiced Yogurt Dip:
Heat air fryer to 390 degrees.
While air fryer preheats, toss chicken tenders in a bowl with olive oil.
In a shallow bowl, combine salt, Afghan Curry Braise, and bread crumbs.
Press each chicken tender into bread crumbs, being sure to coat each side evenly.
Place 3 tenders at a time into air fryer basket and cook 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
While chicken tenders cook, in a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, Black cumin, and salt. Set aside and serve with cooked chicken tenders.
Whole Cumin Seeds may also be used in the dip. Simply toast and grind before adding.
