Cumin Salted Lamb Loin Chops
The most tender, flavorful delicious way to enjoy this delicious cut of meat. Don't skimp on the seasoning, the bright earthiness of cumin salt helps cut through the fattiness of the meat. Simple, succulent, and loaded with so much flavor.

Ingredients
- 6-8 lamb loin chops, about 1-inch thick
- Extra-virgin olive oil

3-4 Tbsp Rumi Cumin Seasoned Salt
- Fresh parsley and lemon wedges, for serving
Directions
Preheat your grill (or grill pan) to high heat.
Drizzle the lamb chops on all sides with a bit of olive oil. Rub your Cumin Seasoned Salt liberally onto both sides of the chops (you can be a bit heavy-handed on the seasoning, the bright cumin salt helps cut through the fattiness of the meat).
Transfer to the preheated grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes, until char marks appear.
Flip over and continue grilling for about 3-4 minutes more for medium-rare. Add 1-2 minutes for medium doneness.
Top with fresh parsley and serve alongside lemon wedges.
