- 4 lbs chicken thighs, with skin
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Rumi Spice Baharat Spice Blend
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Mix fresh lemon juice, Baharat, garlic salt, & olive oil in a bowl.
- Place chicken in a ziplock bag & pour mixture inside. Let marinade for 1 hour or more.
- Place chicken on a baking rack and pour remaining mixture over chicken.
- Bake at 350F for 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes until brown & crispy.
