For an extra juicy kofta patty, add your meat to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse a few times until the meat is well broken down and the mixture is tacky. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
Add the onion and cilantro to the bowl of your food processor and pulse until completely broken down. Add to the bowl of meat.
Add in your canola oil and Kofta Spice Mix packet. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into 1/2-inch thick patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
Pan fry or grill your kofta patties in hot oil until cooked through to the desired doneness, about 3 minutes per side for medium.
Enjoy with warm pita, fresh veggies and a drizzle of Tzatziki sauce, green chutney or hummus.
