A savory blend that adds outstanding flavor to any dish. The flavor is earthy and rustic, similar to a rub but with a mild curry-like quality. It has notes of our amazing saffron to add a very unique twist to this traditional flavor.
Our spices are toasted whole, ground and packaged by hand to ensure maximum freshness and nutrition. Packaged in glass - BPA free.

The Afghan Curry Braise blend is used in savory dishes to balance other robust flavors such as dark fish, meats, red peppers, and onions, as well as adding warmth and a complex depth of flavor to rich savory sauces and tagines. It can also be used in soups and stews, with roasted vegetables - especially squash, cauliflower, sauteed onions, and pumpkin, as a chicken rub, or to make incredible sweet potato fries!
