Celebrate with this fun cocktail recipe - Cranberry Fizz crafted with sweet and spicy saffron-ginger simple syrup.

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup water

15 threads Rumi Saffron
½ cup ginger, freshly chopped
2 oz vodka
2 oz cranberry juice
1 oz saffron-ginger simple syrup
1 can of club soda
1 tsp lime juice
Cranberries and sprig of rosemary for garnish

Directions
Saffron-Ginger Simple Syrup
Place 15 strands of saffron into a cup of water. Allow them to steep for 30-60 minutes (The longer it sits, the more intense the flavor).
Remove saffron strands from water.
Combine saffron water with a cup of sugar in a saucepan. Add chopped ginger and bring it to a boil.
Once boiling, turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool down. Use a fine strainer to remove chopped ginger from syrup
Saffron Cranberry Fizz
Fill a cocktail shaker up with ice. Add vodka, cranberry juice, lime juice, and saffron-ginger simple syrup.
Shake to mix and chill. Pour into glass and top with club soda.
Garnish with cranberries and rosemary sprig.
